A debit account is not always necessary, if it is a one-off search please send information to and cc. to and follow with a check or money order to the address below.
Without a debit account the only available information is the company name, registration number and incorporation date. Once you know the company is registered you can request copies of any document on the public file, which includes the Registered Office/Agent address where Director and shareholder information is held. There is a $11.00 ($12.00 for overseas fax or mail delivery) charge for searching each file plus $2.00 for each photocopy requested. The fee must be in our offices before we can fax or mail the information. The money order must be made payable to the Accountant General. Please contact and cc. to to request a search and copies. A fax number may also be required for copies.

A Debit Account can be set up, by sending a cheque to the Registrar of Companies office. Please send a cover letter requesting that an account be setup in your companies name and the wire transfer, cheque or money order should be made payable to the Accountant General. (No Credit Cards please).

With a debit account or cash payment you can make application for Tax Assurances, Certificate of Compliance, and Certified documents.
